We were lucky enough to participate in this event on Sunday, Feb 14 at the Minnetonka Community Center. Denna and Corwin created unique Fantasy masks, waited in line for the popular facepainting, and participated with great enthusiasm in a creative dance moves class. Hearts were warmed at this midwinter gathering as dancing spirits danced with the guidance of a rhythmic leader. The magician dazzled, the reptiles enthralled, and the storytellers took us there and back again. Though we didn’t make it for the dogsled rides or the bonfire, I think we got alot out of the free event.
This is an event i look forward to attending again.

Arts Crawl
Went to another St. Paul Arts Crawl http://www.stpaulartcrawl.org/ with the family. Was able to spend a bit more time than last year, but ended up actually seeing fewer buildings. Corwin picked up another print for his room and we timed our exit perfectly avoiding any melt-down from the kids.
Unfortunately, it rained most of Sunday, so we were unable to return to see more, but there is always next time 🙂
